Ten Commodities Wholesale Ltd goal is to establish mixed use developments consisting of Shopping Malls, Hotels and Serviced apartments that meets real estate requirements of modern, world-class tenants.

Business Bay Square (BBS) is an accredited development undertaken by Ten Commodities and Wholesalers Limited. It is located in Eastleigh Nairobi bounded by General Waruinge Street to the South.

Land size that the project covers

The project is located at the main entrance to Eastleigh business district.
The area is largely developed with a mixture of residential and commercial uses.

The project size covers 6.4 acres with a target built up area of 85%. The property comprises of serviced plots for commercial, residential and mixed use as well as recreational and utility plots, landscaped areas and infrastructure routes.

The Development is to be anchored by a supermarket located on the first floor and will be serviced by loading bays, storage facilities at entry level and main MEP facilities.

The Development will also house specialty shops, restaurants, financial services, food courts and a movie theatre. The remaining land comprises of serviced plots for commercial, residential and mixed use as well as recreational and utility plots, landscaped areas and infrastructure routes.

The BBS project is undertaken in two phases. The first phase, which comprises of Basement, Lower ground and first floor, is 60% complete.

The second phase of the project, comprising of the Hotel and Serviced Apartment Towers will begin once the first phase is wrapped up.

The project is managed by Steering Committee consisting of professionals related to the various aspects of Project Management.

The overall policy and oversight is undertaken by the CEO with the assistance of the Chief Finance Officer.

The overall Project Management function is undertaken by BML Limited. The Main contractor is the Chinese conglomerate CRJE.

The renowned architects, Maestro Limited, is on site as the project architects and the structural engineer is Stroutel Africa. MaceYMR is the appointed project manager to ensure timely delivery of the project.
